ACQUISITION: Clear Height/Walker Dunlop JV buys 6 acre ISF in West Chicago. The JV purchased 1845 Western Drive in West Chicago, Illinois. The 6.19 acre industrial service facility (ISF) property includes a 2.5 acre fenced yard, an 11,000 SF five-bay maintenance building, and a 20,000 SF 2-story office building. The Clear Height team included Robin Stolberg. For leasing inquiries, contact Ryan Klink and Michael Magliano of Cushman.
ACQUISITION: Bay Street buys 5 acre IOS in Baltimore, MD area. Bay Street Capital has acquired 1875 Mayfield Road in Odenton, Maryland, a suburb of Baltimore. The 5.43 acre IOS property includes a 20,000 SF industrial building with 4 drive-in doors. The seller was Keller North America. Joseph Friend and Matthew Antonis of Friend Commercial Real Estate assisted with the sale.
ACQUIRED: Realterm buys 8 acre IOS in the Netherlands. Realterm has purchased Pieter Hoebeeweg 99 in Dordrecht, Netherlands. The 8 acre IOS property includes 42,044 SF of warehouse space. The property is fully leased to crane rental company Sarens. The property is located in the Dordrecht Port, which is the most inland seaport in the Netherlands. The Realterm team includes Marieke de Jong and Demba Djaoune. Realterm was represented by DLA Piper, Deloitte, and SGS Search.
FINANCING: Trux Parking finances location in Greensboro, NC. Trux Parking has financed and fully leased its location at 3414 Sandy Ridge Road in Greensboro, North Carolina. The Trux team includes Alexander Hegner. Tricia Griner of ServisFirst Bank assisted with financing the deal. The site was leased with the help of Luke Colbert and Gray Williams of Albany Road Real Estate Partners.
