ACQUISITION: Zenith closes on 5.4 acre IOS in Raleigh, NC. Zenith IOS has closed on 8851 Westgate Park Drive in Raleigh, North Carolina. The property features a 20,377 SF flex building and 35 EV truck charging stations. The Zenith team included Alex Olshansky.

Mohr brokers IOS sale in GA

ACQUISITION: Mohr brokers sale of 7.7 acre IOS in Hampton, GA. Mohr Partners represented the seller in the sale of 95 Pine View Drive in Hampton, GA. The IOS property includes a 768 SF building. The Mohr deal team was led by Marco Rodriguez.

Everwood buys TX IOS

ACQUISITION: Everwood buys 2.74 acre IOS in Houston, TX. Everwood Real Estate Partners acquired 6613 Gant Road in Houston. The site includes a 17,145 SF warehouse with dock-high and grade-level loading. Guy Hananya of Clear Height Advisors assisted with the sale.
