ACQUISITION: Zenith closes on 5.4 acre IOS in Raleigh, NC. Zenith IOS has closed on 8851 Westgate Park Drive in Raleigh, North Carolina. The property features a 20,377 SF flex building and 35 EV truck charging stations. The Zenith team included Alex Olshansky.
ACQUISITION: Mohr brokers sale of 7.7 acre IOS in Hampton, GA. Mohr Partners represented the seller in the sale of 95 Pine View Drive in Hampton, GA. The IOS property includes a 768 SF building. The Mohr deal team was led by Marco Rodriguez.
ACQUISITION: Everwood buys 2.74 acre IOS in Houston, TX. Everwood Real Estate Partners acquired 6613 Gant Road in Houston. The site includes a 17,145 SF warehouse with dock-high and grade-level loading. Guy Hananya of Clear Height Advisors assisted with the sale. The Everwood deal team included William Peeples, Dean Taylor, and Rob Wallace.
LEASE SIGNED: First Houston leases 3 acre IOS in Houston, TX. FHP brokered the lease of a low-coverage site at 12301 Amelia Drive in Houston, Texas for owner MAZU Capital. The First Houston deal team included James Mashini, Patrick McKiernan, and Juan Fraga. The MAZU team included Jorge Cabrera.
