ACQUISITION: Mohr brokers sale of 7.7 acre IOS in Hampton, GA. Mohr Partners represented the seller in the sale of 95 Pine View Drive in Hampton, GA. The IOS property includes a 768 SF building. The Mohr deal team was led by Marco Rodriguez.

ACQUISITION: Everwood buys 2.74 acre IOS in Houston, TX. Everwood Real Estate Partners acquired 6613 Gant Road in Houston.
