NEWS ROUNDUP
ACQUISITION: Catalyst buys 2 acre IOS in Orlando, FL. Catalyst Investment Partners has acquired 3201 37th Street in Orlando, Florida from JDE Ventures LLC. The 2.02 acre IOS features 14,532 SF of covered storage space. The property is located directly across the street from another Catalyst asset, 3220 37th Street. The Catalyst deal team included Brandon Johnson and Patrick Mullen. For leasing inquiries: Corey Kroeger with Kroeger Commercial.
ACQUISITION: L&A sells 2.2 acre IOS in Hayward, CA. Lee & Associates Oakland has sold 23422 Clawiter Road in Hayward, California. The 2.2 acre IOS includes a small office building. The L&A Oakland deal team included Nathan Vance and Chris Schofield.
ACQUISITION: Everwood buys 5.48 acre cross-dock in Houston, TX. Everwood Real Estate Partners has closed on 102 Bennington Street in Houston, Texas. The 5.48 acre property includes a 23,080 SF warehouse with a covered cross-dock facility and 65 dock positions. The Everwood deal team included Dean Taylor and Rob Wallace. The seller was Southeastern Freight Lines. Jon and Dave Dandurand of Burr & Temkin assisted in the sale. For leasing inquiries, contact Patrick McKiernan and James Mashni of First Houston Properties.
LEASE SIGNED: Colliers leases 5 acre IOS in Indianapolis, IN. Colliers represented the landlord in leasing 2601 W. Minnesota Street in Indianapolis, Indiana. The 5 acre IOS is fully-fenced and surfaced with stone and asphalt millings. The new tenant is 160 Driving Academy, which signed a 36-month lease. The Colliers deal team was led by Korey Ryan.
