NEWS ROUNDUP
ACQUISITION: K2 and Bear buy 5.13 acre IOS in the Savannah area. K2 Real Estate Capital and Bear Development have partnered to purchase 440 Telfair Road in Garden City, Georgia. The 5.13 acre property includes a 11,000 SF warehouse, concrete landing pads, and an external loading dock. Justin Horowitz of Cooper-Horowitz arranged the financing. The K2 deal team was led by Mitch and Rob Kaplain. For leasing inquiries, contact Sebastian Findlay of Colliers.
ACQUISITION: Open Industrial buys 2.7 acre IOS in the Tampa area. Open Industrial has acquired 4206 National Guard Drive in Plant City, Florida. The 2.7 acre IOS property features a 10,000 SF building with office and shop space. The property is currently leased by Cook Construction. The Open Industrial deal team included Sam Ashe.
ACQUISITION: Elmwood acquires 1.36 acre IOS in Charleston, SC. Elmwood Capital Group has purchased 7164 Bryhawke Circle in Charleston, South Carolina. This is Elmwood’s first South Carolina acquisition. The Elmwood deal team included Elliot Sassover, Max Stern, Noah Zeligman, and Joseph Friedenberg. Brooks Upington Courtney and Alex Shields of Bridge Commercial assisted with pre-leasing the site.
LEASE SIGNED: Capacity Commercial brokers lease on 18.4 acre IOS in Oregon. Wood Village Land Co. has leased 24001 N.E. Sandy Boulevard in Wood Village, Oregon, a Portland suburb. The 18.4 acre IOS includes four industrial buildings totaling 37,769 SF. The new tenant is Sutton Trucking, which signed a five-year lease with a total value of $5.7 million. Mark Childs of Capacity Commercial brokered the deal.
