NEWS ROUNDUP
ACQUISITION: Rockbrook buys 3.9 acre IOS in Fort Worth, TX. Rockbrook Equity has purchased 7200 Midway Road in Forth Worth, Texas. The 3.87 acre IOS property includes a 7,042 SF office and a 6,423 SF warehouse. The yard also features a fueling station and wash bay, along with covered parking. The Rockbrook Equity deal team included Cole Horowitz, Conor Horowitz, and Jon Birnbrey. For leasing inquiries, contact Chris Wong of Bradford Commercial.
ACQUISITION: Matthews sells 4 acre low-coverage industrial in Evans, CO for $3.3M. Matthews sold 3901 W. Service Road in Evans, Colorado. The 3.92 acre low-coverage property sold for $3.3 million. The property features 14,807 SF of indoor space. The Matthews deal team included Ashton Miller and Andrew Wiesemann. Craig DeMiranda of Lee & Associates assisted in the deal.
ACQUISITION: Triten buys 5.6 acre IOS in Tampa, FL. Triten Real Estate Partners purchased 4710 E. Broadway Avenue in Tampa, Florida. The 5.6 acre IOS property includes a 24,370 SF warehouse building. The Triten deal team included Cameron Cuenod. The transaction was brokered by Panther’s Guillermo de Nicolas and Hector Delgado.
LEASE SIGNED: WCRE assists in leasing of 8.2 acre IOS in Charlotte, NC. Walters Commercial Real Estate Services (WCRE) represented the tenant in the leasing of 11010 Metromont Boulevard in Charlotte, North Carolina. The 8.22 acre IOS property includes 14,000 SF of indoor space with 6 automated grade-level doors. The WCRE deal team included Norman Walters and Cooley Walters.
READ: Baird/RER Equipment Rental Survey results are out! The survey found Q1 rental revenue rose 6.8% year over year. However, average fleet utilization fell from 62% in Q4 to 57.9%, as supply of equipment has increased while demand growth is moderating.
