IOS sold in Glendale, AZ

CLOSING: Glendale AZ IOS trades for $6 million. Nick DePaul and Chad Kirkorsky with Citywide Commercial represented the seller in this transaction at 7314 North 110th Avenue in Glendale. The site contains a 15,444 SF warehouse on 3.2 acres. The buyer was a national heavy equipment company.

IOS Lease signed in Indianapolis, INC

LEASE SIGNED: Colliers secures off-market lease in Indianapolis. Colliers broker Jeorge Manley leased a 9.19 acre site with 13,275 SF of structures at 3434 Harding Street in Indianapolis to an equipment rental company. The site is zoned I-4 heavy industrial and has proximity to the new I-465 and I-69 interchange in south Indianapolis.

FUNDING: OakNorth lends £29 million for two UK IOS facilities. The facility from OakNorth is funding the purchase of the 50-acre Leyland Business Park in Lancashire and and 90-acre Melton Commercial Park in Leicestershire for the joint venture between ALMCOR and Cerberus European Capital Advisors. [Editor’s note: try typing that sentence three times fast]. The purchase is part of a €500 million effort to rollup a European IOS portfolio.
