NEWS ROUNDUP

ACQUISITION: TruCore buys Pensacola industrial with yard space. TruCore purchased a two-building, 77,845 SF heavy industrial campus on roughly eight acres at 3301 and 3329 Bill Metzger Lane. The buildings feature a 30-foot maximum clear height, two dock-high doors and four grade-level doors. The site is the North American HQ for Jupiter Bach, a manufacturer of components for turbines. The TruCore deal team included Zach Harris and Hunt Rose.

ACQUISITION: Dayton Street Partners acquires San Antonio IOS. DSP purchased 5889 FM 1346 in San Antonio, TX that contains 17.5 total acres. The site also offers two truck terminals with 61 doors and 7.3 acres of fenced and lit outdoor trailer parking. The site is fully occupied by four tenants and offers immediate access to the 1-10/I-410 interchange. Graham Stark with Newmark Zimmer and Kyle Kennan of Partners represented DSP.
