ACQUISITION: Clear Height Properties nabs 5-acre IOS near intermodal. Clear Height acquired 2614 Brandon Road in Joliet, IL, next to the largest inland port in North America, the Joliet Intermodal Terminal. The site contains a 20,000 SF service building with 4.5 acres of outside storage. Dylan Maher and Brian Vanosky of Lee & Associates brokered the transaction and are handling leasing.
