Jadian buys IOS in Richmond, VA

ACQUISITION: Jadian buys 22 acre truck terminal in Richmond, VA. Jadian has acquired 9600 Express Lane in Richmond, Virginia. The 22 acre property features a 27,020 SF truck terminal building with a maintenance shop and 58 dock doors. The property offers easy access to I-95. The Jadian deal team included Alex Stahl, Kees t’Sas, Daniel Schuchinksy, and Matthew Hennessy. For leasing inquiries, email the team and tell them IOSList sent you!

Alterra buys Bay Area IOS

ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 7 acre Bay Area IOS. Alterra has purchased 1130 Sibley Street in Folsom, California. The 7.03 acre property includes 19,234 SF of office/warehouse space and 224,262 SF of yard and improved parking. Construction services firm Syblon Reid is based at the property and has signed a 10-year lease to remain there, according to Alterra. The Alterra team was led by Matt McNutt. A team at JLL, which included Sean Merold, Mike Zimmerman, Ryan Sitov, Xander Echt, Kylene Tsai, and Courtney Webb, represented both the buyer and the seller.

Catalyst develops IOS in Pooler, GA

DEVELOPMENT/LEASE: Catalyst develops and leases trailer yard in Savannah metro. Catalyst Investment Partners has developed and fully leased 225 Nordic Way in Pooler, Georgia. The fully-fenced trailer yard features 89 paved trailer parking spaces and an office building. Adrian Golec led Catalyst’s development efforts, while Sebastian Findlay of Colliers brokered the lease.

LEASE SIGNED: Colliers leases 2 acres of IOS in SLC. Colliers’ Jeppesen & Jensen Industrial Team has leased 2 acres of IOS at 455 S 600 E in Lehi, Utah, a suburb of Salt Lake City.
