NEWS ROUNDUP
ACQUISITION: Green Courte buys 40 acre IOS in Fort Worth, TX. Green Courte Partners (GCP) has purchased 5301 Wilbarger in Fort Worth, Texas. The company plans to use the property as managed truck storage. The GCP deal team included Jordan Kerger and Currey Hall, who will lead GCP’s brand-new Truck Storage Management platform. The seller was TH Logistics Fund I, a JV between Timber Hill Group and Champion Realty Advisors represented by J.D. Salazar.
ACQUISITION: Prologis buys 16.25 acre IOS in Brooklyn for $51 million. Prologis has purchased 2731 W. 12th Street in Brooklyn, from National Grid. Prologis plans to use the land for a parking lot for delivery vans, small trucks and cars, spokesperson Alana Victor said. The sale price was $51 million, or $3.14 million per acre. The sale was managed by a team from JLL that included Stephen Palmese.
ACQUISITION: M&M sells 7.9 acre IOS in Baltimore for $3.35M. Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of 11145 Redland Court in Owings Mills, Maryland, a suburb of Baltimore. The M&M team of Bryan Herr, Arvin Gholamrezae, Bob Filley, and Brian Hosey represented the seller, Blue Ocean. The buyer was undisclosed.
LEASE SIGNED: B&B arranges lease for 4.5 acre Newark IOS. Blau & Berg arranged the lease of 27 Haynes Avenue in Newark, New Jersey. The 4.5 acre IOS property is adjacent to Newark Liberty Intl. Airport. Alex Conte, Jason Crimmins, and Peter Murano of B&B represented the landlord. B&B’s Laura Crimmins represented ARB Parking, the new tenant.
