ACQUISITION: DAUM sells 4.5 acre IOS in Upland, CA for $13.2M. On behalf of the Brown Family Trust, DAUM Commercial sold 1369-1379 W. 9th Street in Upland, California to Alterra for $13,228,000. The property features 18,100 SF of warehouse and office space and offers easy access to I-10. The DAUM deal team included Eric Burney and Josh Burney, who will also be handling leasing.
ACQUISITION: Bespoke buys 12.4 acre IOS in Brighton, CO. Bespoke Holdings has acquired 1660-1760 Country Road 27 in Brighton, Colorado. The property includes three buildings totaling 40,000 SF. Bespoke plans to rezone the property before finding a long-term tenant. The Bespoke team includes Blair Eklund, Rob Hamm, Mark Berry, and Louis Abramowitz. Jake Cook and Tom Myers of Ringsby Realty assisted with the purchase.
ACQUISITION: Clear Height buys 2.2 acre ISF in Chicago. Clear Height Properties has purchased 832 S. Central Avenue in Chicago, Illinois. The 2.2 acre industrial service facility (ISF) includes a 60,000 SF structure that Clear Height plans to turn into a 25,000 SF building with 6 interior dock-high doors. Brian Etten of HCB Realty Partners brokered the deal. Clear Height is led by Dominic Sergi, Joe M. Sergi, Gary Rose, R. Todd Barthel, and Robin L. Stolberg.
TRUCK PARKING: Semi-Stow opens truck terminal in Phoenix. Semi-Stow has opened an 11 acre truck terminal at 3045 S. 43rd Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona. The yard features 300+ parking spaces, barbed wire fencing, 4k security cameras, and secure 24/7 access. The property also includes two maintenance buildings totaling 9,000 SF and a cross-dock facility with 2,500 SF of office space.
