ACQUISITION: Realterm buys 3 properties in Yellow bankruptcy sale. Realterm has acquired 3 IOS truck terminals in the Northeast as part of Yellow Corp.’s bankruptcy proceedings. The properties include 10.4 acres at 95 Concort St. in North Reading, Massachusetts; 7 acres at 750 County Line Road in Line Lexington, Pennsylvania; and 7 acres at 2110 Plainfield Pike in Cranston, Rhode Island. The Realterm deal team included Managing Director Ed Brickley and Senior VP of Investments Derek Fish.

ACQUISITION: Realty Income buys IOS portfolio for $19.5M. Dave Faris of Berkeley Capital Advisors has brokered the sale of five IOS properties in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Wisconsin to Realty Income, a real estate investment trust (REIT). The final transaction price was $19,528,120. The properties have a combined acreage of 22.5 acres and are currently occupied by Sunbelt Rentals.
ACQUISITION: Jadian buys 3.6 acre IOS in Tampa, FL. Jadian IOS has acquired 6001 N. 50th Street in Tampa, Florida. The Jadian deal team included Alex Stahl, Kees t’Sas, Daniel Schuchinsky, and Matthew Hennessy. For leasing inquiries, email the Jadian IOS team and tell them IOSList sent ya!
ACQUISITION: Investors acquire 27 acre IOS in Chicagoland. Matt Lewandowski of DarwinPW Realty represented a group of investors in the acquisition of 29870 N. Skokie Highway in Lake Bluff, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. The asset is comprised of 26.82 acres of land and three buildings totaling 67,869 SF. The buildings are currently leased to 11 tenants, while 7 outdoor acres have been developed for outdoor storage.
LEASE SIGNED: AK Commercial Properties leases 5 acre IOS in Glendale, AZ. AK Commercial Properties signed a 63-month lease of 12417 W. Glendale Avenue in Glendale, Arizona, to Freight Ninja. The newly-asphalted IOS features power and water access, as well as key-code gated access, security cameras, and lighting. The AK Commercial Properties deal team included Jordan Tennant and Brett Ranta.
