Santa Fe Springs IOS was sold

ACQUISITION: M&M brokers Santa Fe Springs, CA IOS sale. The DIG Industrial Group of Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of 12731 Los Nietos Road in Santa Fe Springs, California. This 1.02 acre property features 4,763 SF of building space and was purchased by an out-of-state investor. The DIG Industrial Group team includes Christian Desnoes and Ron Balys.

CoreOne buys IOS in Fredericksburg, VA

ACQUISITION: CoreOne buys 5 acre IOS in Fredericksburg, VA. CoreOne Industrial has acquired 10857 Houser Drive in Fredericksburg, Virginia. The 5 acre property includes a 14,541 SF building currently leased to Verizon. Verizon has occupied the property since 2001 and will continue to occupy the space. Steven Bentolila of Oxford Property Group facilitated the off-market transaction. The CoreOne deal team included Robert DePiero, Corey Isdaner, Cliff Snell, and Kyle Coven.

Timber Hill develops truck terminal

DEVELOPMENT: JV develops Chicagoland IOS for Mainfreight. Timber Hill Group and Champion Realty Advisors are developing a 57,100 SF truck terminal and office building at 27W364 North Avenue in Carol Stream, Illinois. The property will serve as the North American headquarters for New Zealand-based Mainfreight. The Timber Hill leadership team includes Cary Goldman and Ryan Battistoni, and JD Salazar is the CEO of Champion.
