ACQUISITION: Open Industrial buys 2.5 acre IOS in Manassas, VA. Open Industrial has acquired 9155 Mike Garcia Drive in the Northern Virginia city of Manassas. The property is gated, fenced, lit, partially paved and graveled, and enjoys easy access to I-66 and I-95. ACQUISITION: JLL sells 6.88 acre IOS in Tampa, FL. JLL repped a client in the purchase of 5410 Causeway Boulevard in Tampa, and also secured a lease with Sunstate Equipment. The fully-fenced, 6.88 acre property includes a 3,750 SF warehouse and a 3,300 SF two-story office building. The JLL deal team included Peter Cecora, John Dunphy, Olivia Brock, and Stephanie Meros.

FINANCING: Trux Parking closes on loan for IOS in Salt Lake City. Trux has closed on a loan for an IOS at 326 S. 2650 W. in SLC. The property has nearby access to I-80 and I-215.
