Alignment Realty buys IOS in Gilbert, AZ

ACQUISITION: Alignment Realty Capital buys 7.5 acre IOS in Gilbert, AZ. The site contains 30,000 SF of warehouse improvements with a fully secured, 100% concrete storage yard. Site site is just a block away from another Alignment-owned IOS on San Pedro Street. The Ascension Advisory team helped source the deal: Chelsea Mandel, Nina Argotte, and Spencer Freid. Semi-Stow opens truck parking facility in Indianapolis

ACQUISITION: Semi-Stow opens 12 acre semi-truck yard in Indianapolis. Located at 220 S Belmont Ave, the site features 350+ parking spaces with daily or monthly reservations, concrete and asphalt base, demarcated spaces, secure 24/7 access, electric fencing, 4k security cameras, 25 plug-ins for heating engine blocks or powering reefers, an 11,000 SF facility with five drive-through bays and 400 square feet of office space. ACQUISITION: Open Industrial buys 12 acre IOS in Tennessee. The site is located in Murfreesboro, TN near the Nashville Superspeedway with immediate access to I-840 and onward to I-40 and I-24. The site is fully paved, fenced, lit, and secured by a guard booth and automatic gates at both points of ingress/egress. The Open Industrial deal team included Alex Wolff and Elmo Alexander.
