ACQUISITION: Semi-Stow buys 11 acre Laredo IOS site. Semi-Stow closed on a site at 18702 Metropolitan Rd, right across from the world trade bridge, to continue their expansion on the US-Mexico border. The Austin-based firm announced a $500M JV with Greenpoint Partners to build a nationwide network of truck & trailer parking yards. Semi-Stow offered flexible leaseback terms to the existing tenant.
