ACQUISITION: Open Industrial acquires two IOS in South Carolina. Open Industrial recently closed on two IOS in Gaffney, SC. The sites combine for 15,000 SF of building area on 13 acres of the heaviest industrial zoning These properties are strategically located between I-85 and Route 29, and close to many large national tenants including Freightliner’s Custom Chassis HQ. Both sites are fully improved and ready to lease: call 304-304-1085.
ACQUISITION: Alignment Realty Capital closes IOS in Tucson, AZ . Alignment closed on another IOS deal in Arizona, this time at 1621 South 4th Avenue in Tucson, AZ. The site is 2.55 acres and is leased to B&R Auto Wrecking. Alignment’s team includes Ben Sacks, Slade Sumners, Gary Linhart, and Jake Gallagher. The Ascension Advisory team helped source the deal: Chelsea Mandel, Nina Argotte, and Spencer Freid.
ACQUISITION: Colliers brokers IOS in Indianapolis. The Colliers team of Alex Davenport, Alex Cantu, Rachel Patten, and Rachel Bailey helped The O’Donnell Group round-trip 1950 Stout Field West Dr in Indianapolis. The site includes a 43,884 SF warehouse on over 4 acres. Tenant Micronutrients USA has occupied the space since 2001.
