NEWS ROUNDUP

ACQUISITION: Newmark brokers IOS in DC metro. The Newmark team of Ben McCarty, Cris Abramson, Nick Signor, and Mac Hollensteiner helped Landon Wyatt and Rob Wyatt of Grenaco Partners acquire a two-asset industrial portfolio at 7601 and 7631 Jefferson Avenue in Landover, MD. The portfolio includes an 18,000 SF truck terminal that is currently vacant and a 2.6 acre IOS storage yard that is fully leased by United Rentals.

CanTex buys Fort Worth IOS

ACQUISITION: CanTex Capital acquires IOS in Fort Worth, TX. CanTex, led by principals Romy and Sam Cheema, added to its growing IOS portfolio with the acquisition of 8904 South Freeway in Fort Worth. The site consists of a 56,192 SF building on a 6.3 acre fully paved lot and fronts I-35 West. Rich Young of Rich Young Co. LLC assisted with the transaction.

Lee & Assoc sells Atlanta IOS

ACQUISITION: Lee & Associates reps IOS buyer in Atlanta, GA. Connor Winkler of Lee & Associates represented the purchaser in an off-market sale of a 2.89 acre IOS site at 110 Selig Drive SW in Atlanta. The purchaser, a construction services and contracting business, plans to make improvements to the property, which includes a 30,000 SF industrial building.

LEASE SIGNED: CBRE leases IOS in Montebello, CA. CBRE represented the landlord in leasing a 4.25 acre IOS property at 7433-7455 Telegraph Road in Montebello. The property includes an office building, a six-bay service facility, and also has frontage on Greenwood Avenue. The CBRE deal team included Josh Kracke, Jeff Stephens, Blake Wade, and Laird Perkins.
