NEWS ROUNDUP

Newmark sells MD IOS

ACQUISITION: Newmark sells 3.74 acre IOS to Dalfen/Centerbridge JV. Newmark sold 6111 Sheriff Road in Capitol Heights, Maryland, to Dalfen Industrial and Centerbridge Partners. The Newmark Mid-Atlantic Industrial Capital Markets deal team included Cris Abramson, Nick Signor, and Henry Pleszkoch. The Dalfen deal team included John Lettieri and Keith Alan Hontz Jr.

Catalyst buys FL IOS

ACQUISITION: Catalyst buys 3.57 acre IOS in Orlando, FL for $5.225M. Catalyst Investment Partners purchased 2823 North Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando, Florida. Once work on the property is finished, the site will feature a 11,000 SF service facility. The sale was brokered by Cory Kroeger of Kroeger Commercial. The Catalyst deal team was led by Brandon Johnson.

M&M sells IL IOS

ACQUISITION: M&M sells 3.18 acre IOS in Aurora, IL to RDAA for $2M. Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of 901 Ridgeway Avenue in Aurora, Illinois. The property features a 23,820 SF building. The M&M team led by Jeff Rowlett represented the seller, Ridgeway Partners. The buyer, RDAA Enterprises, was represented by Michael Kammes of RE/Max Commercial. M&M’s Steven Weinstock assisted in the transaction.

Industry REP sells Atlanta IOS

ACQUISITION: Industry REP sells 13.18 acres in Atlanta metro to Alterra IOS. Industry Real Estate Partners has sold 498 Tuggle Greer Drive in Buford, Georgia. The property features a 36,036 SF small bay building plus IOS space. The Industry REP deal team included Jeff Henson, Chip Sipple, and Stephen Pond.
