Realterm buys NY IOS

ACQUISITION: Realterm buys 5.4 acre IOS in Rockland County, NY. Realterm has acquired 400-500 Corporate Court in Valley Cottage, NY. The site includes a 37,560 SF facility with 7 drive-through bays and office spaces. The Realterm deal team included Ben Andreycak, Nick Dupuis, Ed Brickley, Glenn High, Katie Legue, Colin O’Brien, and Derek Fish.

MacKenzie brokers MD IOS

ACQUISITION: MacKenzie brokers $3.5M sale of 3 acre IOS in Baltimore. Andrew Meeder, Daniel Hudak, and Matthew Curran of MacKenzie Commercial RE Services have brokered the sale of 672 Queenstown Road in Severn, Maryland, a Baltimore suburb. The property includes 2 buildings totaling roughly 8,000 SF, an on-site fueling station, and a fenced IOS facility. The buyer was Skyreach Equipment.

Metz brokers sublease of NJ IOS

LEASE SIGNED: Metz subleases 2.17 acre IOS in Jersey City, NJ. The Metz Industrial Group of Bussel Realty Corp. represented the tenant in the subleasing of 127 James Avenue in Jersey City, New Jersey. The Metz team included Jordan Metz, Benito Abbate, and James Friel. A CBRE team that included Kevin Dudley, Chad Hillyer, Nicholas Klacik, and Kate Granahan represented the sublessor.

Stream leases out TX IOS

LEASE SIGNED: Stream leases 4.72 acre IOS in Dallas, TX. Alex Keeton and Ridley Culp of Stream Realty Partners have brokered the lease of 4.72 acres at 8575 South Central Expressway in Dallas, Texas. Stonemont Financial Group is the owner, and Michael Coogan led the Stonemont deal team.

HIRING: Dalfen is hiring for 2 positions in Chicago/Denver and Dallas. Dalfen Industrial is on the lookout for a new Market Officer to join its Midwest team. This position will be based out of Chicago or Denver. For more information on this role, contact Richard Weiss.
