NEWS ROUNDUP
ACQUISITION: Catalyst buys 2 IOS in NJ and NC for $5.83M. Catalyst Investment Partners has purchased 4 Larwin Road in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, for $3.83M. The 3.2 acre property includes a 13,242 SF warehouse. Guy Hananya of Clear Height brokered the deal. Catalyst has also bought 12715 Downs Circle in Pineville, North Carolina, for $2M. The 1.83 acre property features a 9,600 SF warehouse. Bradley Dunn of Stream Realty Partners brokered the sale. The Catalyst deal team was led by Brandon Johnson.
ACQUISITION: Realterm buys 4 acre IOS in Venlo, Netherlands. Realterm has acquired Olivier van Noortweg 4 in Venlo, Netherlands. The site includes roughly 100 truck parking spaces that have been newly paved. The Realterm deal team includes Shankar Narain and Robin van der Sluis is handling leasing.
ACQUISITION: K2/Bear buy 3.37 acre low-coverage site in Charleston. In partnership with Bear Development Holdings, K2 RE Capital has purchased 7269 Cross Park Drive in Charleston, South Carolina. The property features a 15,000 SF warehouse and a 7,800 SF warehouse. The K2 deal team included Mitch and Rob Kaplain. Justin Horowitz of Cooper Horowitz arranged the financing.
ACQUISITION: Argosy/Bay Street buy 2 IOS in MD and GA. Argosy RE Partners and Bay Street Capital purchased 1875 Mayfield Road in Odenton, Maryland, a suburb of Baltimore. The 5.43 acre IOS includes an 18,287 SF building. The partnership has also bought 50-52 Telfair Place in Savannah, Georgia. The 48 acre property features a 4,251 SF building. Argosy is led by David Butler, Andy Stewart, and John Kirwin. The Bay Street team is led by Matt Wiener and Jeremy Stenberg.
JOINT VENTURE: GFH Partners teams up with Transport Properties. GFH Partners has launched and closed its 7th logistics and industrial fund in the US. The fund’s portfolio — with a value of $300M — includes 25 assets across the US. To manage the assets, GFH has entered into a strategic partnership with Transport Properties. The Transport Properties team is led by Tim McCahill.
