NEWS ROUNDUP
ACQUISITION: Crest Partners buys 2.32 acre IOS in SF for $40M. Led by Ryan Madson, Crest Partners has acquired 3550 3rd Street in San Francisco, California. The property includes a 9,600 SF building and is currently leased to MV Transportation. Blake Miller and Max Rattner of Reliance RE Advisors represented Crest in the deal. Ramsey Daya, Travis Bailey, Chris Moritz, and Grant Gooding of Newmark arranged $26.325M in bridge financing for the deal.
ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 6 acre IOS in Orlando, FL. Alterra IOS purchased 4777 Old Winter Garden Road in Orlando, Florida. The site features 17,220 SF of indoor space and is located close to I-4. The Alterra deal team was led by Chris White.
ACQUISITION: Catalyst buys 4.13 acre IOS in Charlotte area for $5M. Catalyst Investment Partners has purchased 10256 Industrial Drive in Pineville, North Carolina, a suburb of Charlotte. The property features a 7,586 SF service facility with 1 drive-in door. The Catalyst deal team was led by Brandon Johnson. Jay Hill of JLL brokered the sale. For leasing inquiries, email Catalyst.
ACQUISITION: Open Industrial buys 7.48 acre IOS in Baltimore, MD. Open Industrial has acquired 7431 Washington Boulevard in Elkridge, Maryland, a Baltimore suburb. The site features 6,515 SF of building and is 100% leased to United Rentals. The Open Industrial team is led by Michael Rabin and Guggan Datta.
ACQUISITION: Panther brokers sale of 4.05 acre IOS in Fort Pierce, FL. The Panther Capital Group represented the seller in the sale of 3620 South U.S. Highway 1 in Fort Pierce, Florida. The property includes 30,090 SF of indoor space. The Panther deal team included Robyn Johnson.
FUNDRAISING: Meadow Partners raises $530M for fund. Meadow Partners has received a total of $530 million in new capital commitments for its Fund VI. Meadow’s growing portfolio includes IOS properties, such as its recent purchase of 409 West 66th Avenue in Denver, Colorado.
