NEWS ROUNDUP
ACQUISITION: Realterm buys 5.3 acre IOS in South Florida. Realterm has acquired 3601 Boutwell Road in Lake Worth Beach, Florida. The fully-paved property includes a 25,000 SF 10-door maintenance shop plus a 3,000 SF office building. The Realterm deal team included Arnie Capute, Ed Brickley, Derek Fish, Ben Andreycak, Colin O’Brien, and Katie Legue.
ACQUISITION: Clear Height acquires 3+ acre vacant ISF in Chicagoland. Clear Height Properties has purchased 6401 Oakton Street in Morton Grove, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. The firm plans to improve the property and reintroduce it to the market with a 33,225 SF industrial building plus 2 acres of secured yard. ACQUISITION: Open Industrial buys its sixth(!) IOS in Richmond MSA. Open Industrial has purchased 9725 Express Lane in Richmond, Virginia. The property is fenced, paved, and lit with an on-site office trailer. It also offers easy access to I-95 and U.S. Route 1. For leasing inquiries, contact JLL’s Muscoe Garnett and Jake Servinsky.
LEASE SIGNED: DB2RE brokers lease of TX IOS for Industrial Outdoor Ventures. The Davidson Bogel Real Estate (DB2RE) team of David Guinn, Martin Grossman, and Keaton Duhon brokered the lease of 3500 Valley View Lane in Irving, Texas. The 11 acre IOS includes a 6,000 SF building. The new tenant is MEI Rigging. The landlord is Industrial Outdoor Ventures.
