ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 3.14 acre IOS in Glendale, AZ for $4.36M. Alterra IOS has acquired 5340 West Luke Avenue in Glendale, Arizona, in a short-term sale-leaseback deal. The property includes 22,952 SF of indoor space. The Sheehan | Schumacher team at Rein & Grossoehme that included Max Schumacher, Patrick Sheehan, and Jack Hansen brokered the sale.
ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 9.77 acre IOS in Houston, TX. Daily double for Alterra who also purchased 9605 Galveston Road in Houston, Texas. The property features a 23,500 SF warehouse building with 4 grade-level loading doors, a 4,400 SF office building, and a 7,500 SF storage building. ACQUISITION: Graham Capital acquires 12.1 acre IOS in Plant City, FL for $6 million. Graham Capital has purchased 4609 Lykes Road in Plant City, Florida. The storage yard is currently leased to multiple tenants. The Graham Capital team is led by Matthew Graham. Mark McKell of Colliers and Tim Callahan of Avison Young brokered the sale.
