CBRE sells PA site

ACQUISITION: CBRE sells 5.58 acre site in Philly area for $2.875M. CBRE has brokered the sale of 1304 Conshohocken Road in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia. The low-coverage property includes a 70,000 SF industrial building. A CBRE team led by Steve Marzullo, Adam Silverman, and Mike Roden represented the seller. The buyer was Midland Properties. Bento sells FL IOS

ACQUISITION: Bento Property Group sells 4 acre South FL IOS. Led by Steven Bentolila, the Bento Property Group has sold 1875 Robert J. Conlan Boulevard Northeast in Palm Bay, Florida. The site includes 27,000 SF of indoor space and is 100% leased to Volkswagen. The buyer was Alterra.

MacKenzie sells Baltimore ISF

ACQUISITION: MacKenzie sells 2.8 acre ISF in Baltimore for $3.95M. MacKenzie Commercial RE represented the buyer, Taylor Northeast, in the purchase of 9214 Pulaski Highway in Baltimore, Maryland. The industrial service facility (ISF) features a 21,000 SF warehouse and a 3,500 SF office and showroom building. The MacKenzie deal team included Matthew Curran, Andrew Meeder, and Daniel Hudak.

FINANCING: Ariel closes $4.675M loan for 10.5 acre IOS in Largo, FL. Ariel Property Advisors has closed on a loan of $4.675 million for 2063 20th Avenue Southeast in Largo, Florida. The owner is The Sason Organization. The Ariel deal team included Matt Swerdlow and Matt Dzbanek.
