NEWS ROUNDUP
ACQUISITION: Ridgecut Road buys 3.1 acre IOS in Middlesex, NJ. Ridgecut Road has acquired 201 Wilton Avenue in Middlesex, New Jersey. The site is leased to Straight Edge Striping and includes a 22,000 SF warehouse and office building with 7 drive-in doors. KSR’s Isaac Setton brokered the deal, while Justin Horowitz of Cooper Horowitz assisted with the financing. The Ridgecut Road team is led by Eric and Scott Shalek.
ACQUISITION: Realterm acquires 4.3 acre IOS in Seattle area for $9.8M. Realterm has purchased 805 140th Avenue Court E in Sumner, Washington, a suburb of Seattle. The property features a 12,700 SF maintenance shop with 9 drive-in doors and 4 drive-through bays plus a 6,100 SF office. Kermit Jorgensen of Neil Walter Co. represented Realterm in the deal. The Realterm deal team included Jack Falk.
ACQUISITION: Marcus & Millichap sells 2.9 acre Denver IOS for $2.45M. Marcus & Millichap represented the seller in the sale of 7499 East 41st Avenue in Denver, Colorado. The property includes a 10,451 SF warehouse and is leased to Traffic Management Inc. The Marcus & Millichap deal team was led by Alyssa Tomback and Thimy Moraitis.
PEOPLE MOVES: Catalyst hires new Investments Associate. Catalyst Investment Partners has hired Nell Hurley as its newest Investments Associate. Nell has a background in real estate banking and previously worked for J.P. Morgan.
