Gold Tier sells 2 IOS in TX

ACQUISITION: Gold Tier sells 2 IOS properties in Laredo, TX. Gold Tier Real Estate has sold 2 IOS properties on FM 1472 in Laredo, Texas, to a private equity firm. One of the sites is comprised of 3.26 acres, while the second is comprised of 2.52 acres. The properties are located across the street from a planned 1,390 acre industrial park. Will Clark at Gold Tier brokered the deal.

Clear Height/Harbert JV buys IL IOS

ACQUISITION: Clear Height/Harbert JV buys 4.51 acre Chicagoland site. A joint venture between Clear Height Properties and Harbert US Real Estate has purchased 9999 South Virginia Avenue in Chicago Ridge, Illinois. The 64,340 SF industrial building and more than an acre of IOS. Jimena Sayavedra, Jack Cozzie, and Elise Couston of Newmark brokered the sale. The Clear Height deal team included Robin Stolberg.

DryPort leases TX IOS

LEASE SIGNED: DryPort leases 5.2 acre IOS in Hutchins, TX. DryPort Capital has leased a 5.2 acre IOS property on West Wintergreen Road in Hutchins, Texas, to Standard Logistics. Standard Logistics has signed a 7-year lease with a build-to-suit component. The DryPort deal team included Mike Burney and David Olson. CBRE brokers Wilson Brown and Trapper Graff repped DryPort, and Tim Vogds repped Standard Logistics.

LEASE SIGNED: Realterm leases 1 acre IOS in Venlo, Netherlands. Realterm has leased Tasmanweg 1 in Venlo, Netherlands, to Datrans Nederland B.V., a transportation company. The lease expires in December 2032. The Realterm deal team included Robin van der Sluis.
