ACQUISITION: CBRE brokers $5.84M sale of 2.9 acre IOS in Otay Mesa, CA. CBRE represented the buyer, AMK Auto Group, in its acquisition of 7680 Paseo De La Fuente in Otay Mesa, California. The property provides direct access to the new Otay Mesa II Port of Entry on the U.S./Mexico border. The CBRE deal team included Ramin Salehi, John Smith, and Joe Smith.

ACQUISITION: Matthews brokers $11M sale of 2 Midwest properties. Taylor Dintzner of Matthews REIS represented the seller, SiteOne Landscape Supply, in the sale of two IOS sites. The properties are located at 11864 Chesterdale Road in Cincinnati, Ohio, and 2515 Semco Drive in Belton, Missouri. A private investor purchased both properties at a 6.55% cap rate.
