ANNOUNCING THE IOSLIST MAP SEARCH

What is this sorcery? 

This is the new dashboard for the entire IOS industry. It contains: IOS listings, truck parking, tenant space needs, professional profiles, company profiles, and more. All of the listings you see in our email newsletters will also live on this searchable map. 

And more?

Yes. The map will eventually be loaded with sales comps, rent comps, zoning info, ownership data, and GIS tie-ins. But give us time, that is quite an undertaking.  

How do I access it?

What does it cost? 

Searching properties on the map is free. Listing your properties in our email newsletter will come with 30-day placement on the map (click here to submit listings). If you want to raise your profile as an IOS specialist, customized professional profiles and company profiles will be a premium feature (click here for waitlist).
