ACQUISITION: TAG Industrial sells 27 acre IOS in Chicagoland. The TAG Industrial Group of Marcus Millichap has sold 29870 N. Skokie Highway in Lake Bluff, Illinois. This industrial service facility (ISF), known as the Lake Bluff Business Center, features 3 buildings with drive-in capability. The TAG Industrial team includes Tyler Sharp and Adam Abushagur.
ACQUISITION: Cravey brokers sale of 4 acre IOS in Corpus Christi. Cravey Real Estate Services has arranged the sale of 1330 Spindletop Road in Corpus Christi, Texas. The property offers 2.7 acres of outdoor storage space plus a 11,068 SF warehouse. Cravey’s Scott Fauver represented the seller, Humpal Real Estate, while Rob Stillwell of Newmark represented the buyer, Enterprise Products Partners.
ACQUISITION: Ocean Block buys United Rentals facility in WA. Ocean Block Capital has acquired 6070 Linderson Way S.W. in Tumwater, Washington. The property is currently leased to United Rentals and features more than 60,000 SF of IOS space. The area has an extremely high barrier to entry thanks to a local population of endangered Mazama pocket gophers (for real, watch this video!). The Ocean Block team includes Joe Ricciuti and Will Markowitz.
LEASE SIGNED: Open Industrial leases 5 acre IOS in NoVA. Open Industrial has leased 42450 Cochran Mill Road in Leesburg, Virginia. The new tenant, Titan America, has signed a 10-year ground lease and plans to build on the lot. John Dettleff of JLL represented Open Industrial. Larry Beerman at Alliance CRE repped the tenant.
