1.15 acre IOS in San Diego

ACQUISITION: Colliers brokers $2.4M IOS sale in the San Diego area. Colliers has brokered the sale of 2547 Faivre Street in Chula Vista, California, a suburb of San Diego. The 1.15 acre IOS property sold for $2.4 million, or $2.09 million per acre. Colliers reports that it received eight offers on the property in one week and sold to an all-cash buyer. The Colliers deal team was led by Mark Lewkowitz.

Turnbridge buys Brooklyn IOS

ACQUISITION: Turnbrige buys 2.5 acre IOS in Brooklyn for $16.6M. Turnbridge Equities has acquired 2300 E. 69th Street in Brooklyn, New York, for $16.6 million. The 2.52 acre IOS property includes an 11,275 SF building with 2 drive-in doors. The property is also adjacent to another IOS property owned by Turnbridge at 2365 E. 69th Street. The Turnbridge deal team included Ryan Nelson.

Azora buys Miami IOS

ACQUISITION: Azora Exan buys 2.6 acre IOS in Miami, FL. Spanish private equity firm Azora Exan has purchased 3486 N.W. 25th Street in Miami, Florida. The 2.62 IOS property is currently used by Greyhound as a bus maintenance center. The seller was Twenty Lake Holdings. Cushman brokers Miguel Alcivar, Wayne Ramoski, Dominic Montazemi, Scott O’Donnell, Mike Ciadella, and Greg Miller repped the seller. The Azora Exan deal team included Arturo Vinueza and Ignacio Gil-Casares.

LEASING ASSIGNMENT: Metz tapped to lease IOS in Cliffwood, NJ. The Metz Industrial Group of Bussel Realty will represent the leasing of 379 County Road in Cliffwood, New Jersey.
