ACQUISITION: Hyde Park buys 8.6 acre IOS in Houston, TX. Hyde Park Commercial has purchased 0 Munn Street in Houston, Texas. The 8.6 acre IOS property is located in Houston’s Inner Loop. The Hyde Park deal team included Milco Cipriani. Hyde Park was represented in the sale by Patrick McKiernan and James Mashini of First Houston Properties.
ACQUISITION: Birddog buys 17.4 acre IOS in Fort Worth, TX. Birddog Ventures has acquired 2591 NE 28th Street in Fort Worth, Texas. The seller was Texas 150 Business Park via Mike Jowell. The property includes a 7,000 SF warehouse and a 350 SF office. The Birddog deal team included Brandon Schubert, Carter Dunlap, Josh Oerke, and Jon DuCharme. David Guinn and Cameron Deptula at Davidson Bogle brokered the deal.
ACQUISITION: NAI SunVista sells 3.12 acre IOS in Albuquerque, NM. NAI SunVista Commercial Real Estate has sold 2100 Randolph Road SE in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The 3.12 acre IOS property includes a 7,100 SF office/warehouse/shop building. The property is located very near the Albuquerque International Sunport. SunVista broker Riley McKee worked the transaction.
LEASE SIGNED: Zenith leases 3.1 acre IOS in Benicia, CA. Zenith IOS has leased out 345 Industrial Way in Benicia, California. Zenith purchased the 3.11 acre IOS property on February 1. The property features a 7,400 SF cross-dock building. The Zenith team included Stephen Barry, Alex Guider, and Alex Olshansky. Nick Masheroni and John Salamida of Colliers brokered the deal.
