Almcor/Cerberus buy 30 acre IOS in UK

ACQUISITION: Almcor/Cerberus buy 30 acre IOS in UK for $25.5M. JV partners Almcor and Cerberus Capital Management purchased a 30 acre IOS in Bridgwater, UK. The property is currently leased to multiple tenants. The purchase price was 20 million pounds (roughly $25.5 million). The JV previously purchased 2 other UK properties: a 48 acre IOS site in Preston and a 90 acre business park in Melton Mowbray. The JV deal team included Almcor’s Peter McCluskey.

Semi-Stow opens truck yard in OH

ACQUISITION: Semi-Stow opens 12.5 acre truck yard in Columbus, OH. Semi-Stow opened a 12.5 acre truck yard at 3815 Lockbourne Industrial Parkway in Columbus, Ohio. The yard features more than 375 parking spaces with a combination of crushed concrete and asphalt surface. The property is fully-fenced with 4K cameras and stadium lighting. Spaces can be reserved daily, monthly, or longer term. The Semi-Stow team is led by Dennis Nabors.

InLight sells 10 acre IOS in Atlanta

ACQUISITION: InLight sells 10 acre IOS in Atlanta metro area. InLight Real Estate Partners sold 2700 Turner Hill Road in Lithonia, Georgia, an Atlanta suburb. The 10 acre IOS includes 401 paved truck parking spaces. The InLight deal team included Jeff Berryhill, David Burch, and Matt DiLeo.

Panther sells FL IOS

ACQUISITION: Panther brokers sale of 2.4 acre Florida IOS for $2.4M. Panther Capital Group has brokered the sale of 4004 15th Street E. in Bradenton, Florida. The 2.38 acre IOS property sold for $2.4 million and offers 5,364 SF of indoor space. The IOS is currently leased by H&E Equipment. The Panther deal team included Guillermo de Nicholas and Zac Pakizer.

EV PARKING: Axis opens its first EV charging depot in Vernon, CA. Axis IOS opened its first private EV charging facility at 4441 E. 52nd Street in Vernon, California. The site is located conveniently close to the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach and features 34 Level 2 chargers and 8 Level 3 DC fast chargers. The site is available for fleets to lease. The Axis team is led by Crawford Arnold, Jamie Coffin, and Joe Killefer.
