L&A brokers SoCal IOS sale

ACQUISITION: Lee & Associates brokers 2.25 acre SoCal sale for $9M. Lee & Associates represented the buyer in the sale of 11080 Cherry Avenue in Fontana, California, in an off-market transaction for $9 million. The 2.25 acre IOS property features a 2,690 SF office building. The Lee & Associates deal team included Trent Kimsey, Craig Yocum, and Alexey Zabolotskikh.

Blackwood sells TX IOS

ACQUISITION: Apricus buys 8 acre IOS in Houston, TX. Apricus Realty Capital has purchased 9987 Wallisville Road in Houston, Texas. The 8 acre IOS includes a 2,000 SF office building and a 900 SF warehouse. Davis Lamberton of Blackwood Industrial sourced and facilitated the sale and leaseback of the property. The Apricus deal team included Garrett Marler and Matt Haley.

Panther closes IOS in FL

ACQUISITION: Panther closes on 3 acre IOS in Tampa, FL for $1.9M. Panther Capital Group has closed on 2032 S. 51st Street in Tampa, Florida. The 2.96 acre IOS property includes a 17,263 SF industrial building. The sale price was $1.85 million. The Panther deal team was led by Guillermo De Nicolas and Hector Delgado and represented both the buyer and the seller.

LEASE SIGNED: EBR leases 2 acre industrial property in Houston, TX. The EBR Realty Group at KW Commercial has successfully leased 13523 Conklin Lane in Houston, Texas. The 2.06 acre low-coverage industrial property includes a 16,160 SF office/warehouse building with 2 drive-through doors. The rental rate is $12/SF/year NNN. Ernesto Ramirez leads the EBR team.
