Dalfen buys IOS in Lakewood, WA

ACQUISITION: Dalfen buys 2.69 acre IOS in Tacoma, WA metro area. Dalfen Industrial and JV partner Centerbridge Partners have bought 8328 S. Tacoma Way in Lakewood, Washington. The property includes a 4,162 SF building and gated access to 38th Avenue S.W. The Dalfen deal team was led by John Endres. Kyle Back of Colliers helped Dalfen secure a tenant with a 10-year lease. Derrick Urquhart of Neil Walter Co. also assisted in the deal.

Transport sells Gary, IN IOS

ACQUISITION: Transport Properties sells IOS development in Gary, IN. Transport Properties has sold the majority of its IOS development at 1 Buffington Harbor in Gary, Indiana. The development encompasses 132 acres with immediate access to I-80/94. There are still available sites of 4 to 25 acres earmarked for IOS yard development that can accommodate more than 1,000 trailer spots. Realterm leases Netherlands IOS

LEASE SIGNED: Realterm leases 4.5 acre IOS in Venlo, Netherlands. NedLine Logistics has signed a 4-year lease for Marco Poloweg 10 in Venlo, Netherlands. NedLine will occupy 30,150 SF of warehouse space as well as 7,276 SF of office space and 91,493 SF of outdoor yard. The property features four maintenance bays, three docks, and 12 drive-in doors. The Realterm deal team included Leonie Kierkels.

PEOPLE MOVES: Christian Vergilio becomes Blacktop’s new CIO. Christian Vergilio, formerly of Arden Group, has joined the Blacktop Industrial Trust team as Chief Investment Officer and Managing Partner. Headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, Blacktop is an investment company specializing in IOS and Industrial Service Facility (ISF) properties.
