NEWS ROUNDUP
ACQUISITION: Matthews brokers 17 acre IOS deal in Florence, KY. Matthews Real Estate Investment Services sold a 17 acre IOS property on Highway 42 in Florence, Kentucky. The buyer was an out-of-state group and paid very close to the list price. We’ll investigate details and add it to our comp map. The Matthews deal team included Nick Watson, Harrison Auerbach, Jay Reeves, and Shane Williams.
ACQUISITION: Catalyst acquires 5.29 acre IOS in Baltimore metro area. Catalyst Investment Partners purchased 8230 Bletzer Road in Dundalk, Maryland, a suburb of Baltimore. The fully-fenced property includes 4 acres of truck and trailer parking plus 1,700 SF of indoor office space. Connor Brophy led the Catalyst deal team, while Andrew Meeder of MacKenzie Commercial assisted with the deal.
ACQUISITION: King brokers sale of 1.75 acre IOS in Stone Mountain, GA. King Industrial has brokered the sale of 4578 Lewis Road in Stone Mountain, Georgia. The property includes 6,800 SF of indoor building space. The Lee & Associates buyer deal team included Murray Gray and Bobby Lippman. Tommy Barrow and Jason McCart with King Industrial repped the seller.
LEASE SIGNED: Legacy leases 2 acre IOS in Lakeland, FL. Morgan Truck Body has signed a long-term lease extension with Legacy Capital Partners for 4434 Maine Avenue in Lakeland, Florida. The property includes 2 acres of IOS yard plus 46,865 SF of indoor building space. Jake Mutz and Scott Brucker lead the Legacy team. David Hungerford and Augie Schmidt of SVN Saunders assisted in the deal.
