ACQUISITION: Jadian buys 2 acre ISF in Las Vegas. Jadian IOS has purchased 4585 Copper Sage Street in Las Vegas, Nevada. The property includes a 4,300 SF industrial service facility (ISF)/shop and a fully-fenced and secured yard. ACQUISITION: Citywide brokers IOS in Glendale, AZ for $3.3M. Citywide Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer in the sale of 5119 W. Bethany Home Road in Glendale, Arizona for $3.3 million, or roughly $1.1 million per acre. The fully-fenced, 3.25 acre IOS yard with M-2 zoning is located just off US-60. The Citywide deal team included Chad Kirkorsky, Nick DePaul, and Preston Brimhall.
ACQUISITION: Redfearn acquires 0.31 acre IOS in Boynton Beach, FL. Redfearn Capital has purchased 555 W. Ocean Avenue in Boynton Beach, Florida. The 0.31 acre IOS property includes 1,200 SF of indoor space and a fully-fenced lot. The property is currently occupied by two tenants, including Clear Channel Outdoor, which recently renewed a multiyear lease. The Redfearn deal team included Tony Morelli, Berkley Bloodworth, Jake Stauber, and Alexander Redfearn.
LEASE SIGNED: Partners arranges lease for 7 acre IOS in Laredo, TX. Partners Real Estate has arranged a lease on 16464 U.S. Highway 83 in Laredo, Texas for Dun Transportation. The 7 acre IOS is fully fenced and secured. Carlos Marquez and Brian Heines of Partners represented the landlord, Velocity Landholdings, in the transaction.
