Fischer-Weiler and Union Pacific IOS in Kansas City

ACQUISITION: Union Pacific buys 86 acre IOS in Kansas City, MO. Union Pacific has purchased 6817 East Stadium Drive in Kansas City, Missouri, from Stonemont Financial. Andrew Fischer and Henry Weiler of Fischer Weller Industrial (FWI) brokered the deal and are handling lease-up (LINK). Union Pacific and FWI intend to develop a rail-served IOS complex on the site.

CPI sells Phoenix IOS

ACQUISITION: CPI sells 5.15 acre IOS in Phoenix, AZ for $6.7M. Commercial Properties Inc./CORFAC Intl. (CPI) has sold 1648 51st Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona. The site includes a 14,425 SF cross-dock building. Jeff Hays and Sam Rutledge of CPI represented both the buyer and the seller in the deal.

Triten buys Tampa IOS

ACQUISITION: Triten buys 4.3 acre IOS in Tampa, FL for $5.65M. Triten Real Estate Partners has acquired a portfolio consisting of 1902 North 38th Street, 3802 East 7th Avenue, and 3802 East 8th Avenue in Tampa, Florida. Jose Sasson Lerner and Roberto Susi of AXIOM Capital Advisors brokered the sale.

FUNDRAISING: New Mexico State Investment Council commits $100M to Jadian Fund II. Jadian is seeking to raise $600 million for the fund, which will target IOS properties, as well as land-lease communities, aircraft parking, and commercial self-storage.

LEASE SIGNED: WCRE reps tenant in lease of IOS in Greensboro, NC. Walters Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant in the lease of 201 Old Stagecoach Trail in Greensboro, North Carolina. The 5.9 acre property includes a 17,100 SF open-air dock, a 10,000 SF office building, and a 5,876 SF shop. The WCRE deal team included Norman and Cooley Walters.
