Newmark brokers sale of IOS in Buffalo

ACQUISITION: Newmark brokers sale of 7 acre IOS in Buffalo, NY. Newmark represented the seller, KW BUF, in the acquisition of 1930 Military Road in Buffalo, New York. The property, which is leased to FedEx Freight, includes a 34,000 cross-dock truck terminal with 68 dock doors. The Newmark deal team included Jerry and Leighton Hopkins and Ed McGinn. John Ticco III of Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer, Ervosquare.

Everwood buys Tampa IOS

ACQUISITION: Everwood buys 2.88 acre IOS in Tampa, FL. Everwood Real Estate has purchased 5200 South Manhattan Avenue in Tampa, Florida. The IOS property includes a 23,787 SF warehouse/office building with 20 dock-high positions. Peter Cecora of JLL brokered the deal. Bradley Hutton, Pat Kelly, and David Hovis of Franklin Street assisted in the sale.

Entre brokers sale of IL IOS

ACQUISITION: Entre Commercial sells 7.19 acre IOS in Woodstock, IL. Entre Commercial Realty arranged the sale of 14400 Washington Street in Woodstock, Illinois. The property features a 17,600 SF truck maintenance facility with 6 grade-level doors. Entre’s Kevin Kaplan represented the seller, CTS Group. The buyer, Esquire Logistics, was represented by Andrei Andronic of Remax.

LEASE SIGNED: Bradford negotiates industrial lease in Rhome, TX. Bradford Commercial RE Services has negotiated the lease of 138 Leopard Road in Rhome, Texas. The property includes a 25,000 SF industrial building and 5 acres of IOS yard. Todd Lambeth of Bradford represented the tenant, Commercial Van Interiors. LanCarte Commercial’s Mark Boone represented the landlord.
