NEWS ROUNDUP
ACQUISITION: HIG buys 42 acre ‘last mile’ industrial estate in London. Water Circle Estate consists of a portfolio of fully-occupied last-mile logistics assets. HIG intends to turn the site into an industrial and IOS hub. The HIG team includes Riccardo Dallolio and Jérôme Fouillé.
ACQUISITION: Matthews brokers sale of 4.8 acre IOS in Lufkin, TX. Matthews RE Investment Services has brokered the private sale of 4530 US-69 North in Lufkin, Texas. The property includes 15,000 SF of warehouse space. Matthews broker Andrew Wiesemann brokered the transaction.
LEASE SIGNED: Open Industrial leases out 3.3 acre IOS in Frederick, MD. Open Industrial has leased 5394 Argo Drive in Frederick, Maryland, to Digging & Rigging Inc. The Open Industrial deal team included Jared Okun, Joshua Gurland, and Michael Hutton. Tony “C” Checchia of VCRE.CO assisted in the deal.
LEASE SIGNED: Advance Industrial leases out 7.6 acre IOS in Delran, NJ. The Advance Industrial Team of Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC) has fully-leased 79 Hartford Road in Delran, New Jersey, to Transmaster. The property includes a 9,113 SF warehouse. The landlord is Criterion Group. Anthony Rittwager and Matthew Phillips of BRC represented Transmaster in the deal.
LEASE SIGNED: Commercial Van Interiors leases 5 acre IOS in DFW. The site at 138 Leopard Road in Rhome, Texas, includes 25,000 SF of interior space. Todd Lambeth of Bradford Commercial RE Services represented Commercial Van Interiors. LanCarte Commercial’s Mark Boone represented the landlord, 114 Industrial Park LLC.
