ACQUISITION: Jadian buys 8.7 acre truck terminal in Baltimore, MD. Jadian IOS has purchased 2720 Annapolis Road in Baltimore, Maryland. The property features a 21,053 SF terminal building with 32 docks and 7 drive-ins, as well as a 1,750 SF office building. Partners brokers IOS sale in TX

ACQUISITION: Partners brokers sale of 17 acre IOS in Von Ormy, TX. Partners repped the buyer in the acquisition of 14603 Speedway Park in Von Ormy, Texas. The property features a truck terminal that is currently leased. Partners is leasing the IOS yard space with a 5 acre minimum. For details, contact Stan Nowak. Swartz Co. broker IOS sale in GA

ACQUISITION: Swartz Co. sells 16.5 acre IOS in Georgia for $1.7M. Swartz has brokered the sale of 635 Kingsbridge Road in Carrollton, Georgia. The property features a 26,012 SF warehouse. Swartz represented the buyer, Patriot Carriers, in the sale. The Swartz Co. deal team was led by Judd Swartzberg.

😭 IOS FUNERAL: Lee & Associates sells 27 acre IOS in DFW for redevelopment. Alex Wilson repped the buyer (Lovett Industrial) in the purchase of 500 West Vista Ridge Mall Drive in Coppell, Texas. Lovett plans to develop the property with two buildings totaling 339,120 SF. Another IOS site has been lost forever. RIP, we hardly knew ya.

LEASE SIGNED: Avison Young brokers lease of 6.28 acre IOS in LA. Avison Young has negotiated the 5-year lease of 9361 Glenoaks Boulevard in Sun Valley, California, a suburb of LA. The AY deal team included Patrick Barnes and Paul Clark. The landlord was repped by John DeGrinis of Newmark. The new tenant, S&L Studio Transport, will use the yard to store movie trailers.
