Triten buys 5 acre DFW site

ACQUISITION: Triten acquires 5 acre low-coverage site in DFW. Triten RE Partners has purchased 3701 Dalworth Street in Arlington, Texas. The low-coverage site includes a 54,180 SF industrial building along with 5,000 SF of office space. The property is currently leased by Sunbelt Rentals. The Triten deal team included David Shipman.

Alterra buys MN IOS

ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 10.13 acre IOS in Shakopee, MN for $6.1M. The Alterra Property Group has purchased 550 Valley Park Drive in Shakopee, Minnesota. The site previously served as Brambilla’s RV Center and features a 59,356 SF building. The sale price was $6.1 million, or $602,172 per acre.

FINANCING: pbb provides Realterm with 63M euro credit facility. Deutsche Pfandbriefbank (pbb) has provided Realterm with a pan-European credit facility of 63 million euros — roughly US$68 million. The loan is secured by Realterm’s portfolio of 14 properties in 4 European countries. This marks the 3rd loan that pbb has given Realterm in the past 18 months as the firm’s European IOS portfolio expands.

Colliers leases IOS in IN

LEASE SIGNED: Colliers leases 2 IOS sites in Indianapolis, IN. A Colliers team led by Korey Ryan represented the landlord in the leasing of 2341 South West Street in Indianapolis, Indiana. The 3.5 acre IOS property includes a 3,700 building. Korey’s team also represented the landlord in leasing 3841 West Morris Street in Indianapolis. The 1.14 property includes a 12,890 SF building.

LEASE SIGNED: L&A brokers lease of 12 acre IOS in Spartanburg, SC. Lee & Associates has brokered the lease of 150 Access Road in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The property features a 25,000 SF cross-dock truck terminal and an 11,000 SF shop. The L&A deal team included Jordan Skellie, Kevin Bentley, Elledge Willis, Eric Scardo, Justin Bentley, and Jeremy McPeters.
