Flywheel buys 2 IOS in CO

ACQUISITION: Flywheel Capital buys 2 IOS properties in Denver area. Flywheel Capital has acquired 4970 Cook Street in Denver, Colorado. The site is 2.4 acres, includes a 20,000 SF building, and is currently leased to Goodyear. The sale also included 5790 Dahlia Street in Commerce City, Colorado. The 2.1 acre site features a 7,000 SF industrial facility. Mike Viehmann, Mike Wafer, and Mike Wafer Jr. of Newmark represented the seller, Bespoke Holdings, in the deal.

Triten buys Houston IOS

ACQUISITION: Triten buys Houston IOS in sale-leaseback. Triten RE Partners has acquired 15221 Market Street in Channelview, Texas, a Houston suburb. The 4.81 acre property features a 56,248 SF industrial building. Triten purchased the property from Alpha Omega & Equipment in a sale-leaseback brokered by Murphy Sloan and Andrew Wiesemann of Matthews RE Investment Services.

CoreOne buys DFW IOS

ACQUISITION: CoreOne buys 5.62 acre IOS in DFW area. CoreOne Industrial has purchased 100 North Sam Houston Road in Mesquite, Texas, a suburb of Dallas. The site includes 2 buildings totaling 81,552 SF. The property is currently leased to SRS Distribution. The CoreOne deal team included Joe Burton, Robert DePiero, and Corey Isdaner. Trent Agnew and Parker McCormack of JLL facilitated the sale.

Colliers leases out IN IOS

LEASE SIGNED: Colliers leases 2.7 acre IOS in Indianapolis, IN. A Colliers team led by Korey Ryan represented the landlord in the leasing of 3050 South Harding Street in Indianapolis, Indiana. The property features a 3,600 SF building. The tenant is MacLane Foodservice Inc.
