Alterra acquires 29 acre IOS in Jacksonville, FL

ACQUISITION: Alterra acquires container depot in north Jacksonville, FL. Alterra paid $15.63 million ($538,966 per acre) for the site leased to ConGlobal Industries. The property is located at 10458 Alta Drive with proximity to I-295 and JaxPort. “The land we occupy on Alta Rd was sold to Alterra. We have a long-term lease on the property and will remain on site for years to come.” -Jeff Loucks, ConGlobal

DELIVERY: IOV to open Phase 1 of Trumpet Park in early 2024. The first phase at 700 Trumpet Park Drive includes an 11,440-square-foot service facility and a paved parking area that will feature 180 stalls. “It’s exciting to be approximately 90 days from the completion of the first phase of Trumpet Park and our first ground-up development in Illinois.” -Rob Chase, IOV.
