LEASE SIGNED: Zenith signs national credit tenant to Chula Vista lease. Colliers represented landlord Zenith and a national credit tenant in leasing 855 Energy Way in Chula Vista. The site is a 3.6 acre IOS that is surrounded on all sites by heavy industrial uses. The Colliers deal team included Kurtis Blanchard, Evan McDonald, and Mark Lewkowitz. Alex Guider with Zenith oversaw the transaction.

DISPOSITION: Newmark sells Tacoma IOS for $2.3 million. Newmark brokers Taylor Hoff and Morgan Richey sold this 2.4 acre IOS yard at 3504 112th Street East in Tacoma, Washington. The owner/user acquirer paid $958,333 per acre.

IOS REFINANCE: Cushman financing team arranges $8.9M refi. Marcus Partners and Ridgecut Road recently refinanced a 3.9 acre IOS leased to Equipment Share in South Plainfield, NJ. Cushman specialists John Alascio, TJ Sullivan, Chuck Kohaut and Chris Meloni sourced the $8.9M loan from Lakeland Bank.
