We are the world.
Last weekend, I watched the Netflix doc on the creation of We Are the World.
For the younger crowd: In 1985, Quincy Jones, Lionel Richie, and Michael Jackson convinced 46 of the biggest music stars in the world to pull an all-nighter and record a song to benefit humanitarian efforts in Africa. It remains the 9th best-selling single of all time.

Not sure who John Gray is, but I think he is referring to Jon Gray, the president and COO of Blackstone. Where does everyone stand on fast email responses? I respect the speed, especially for brokers. I’m a bit more “European” in my response time.
On average, tenants in industrial buildings in the U.S. with leases expiring this year will face market rents that are 41% higher than their current rent.
In Orange County that number is 71% and in Inland Empire it is 132%. 👀

These rent increases are margin-crushing for many SMBs. Luckily in IOS, the rents typically represent 3-6% of a logistic tenant’s cost structure.
