ACQUISITION: Bay Street Capital buys 3.47 acre IOS in DC metro area for $4.25M. Bay Street Capital has acquired 3527 Whiskey Bottom Road in Laurel, Maryland. The low-coverage property features 24,000 SF of industrial improvements. The Bay Street Capital deal team included Jeremy Stenberg.

DISPOSITION: Matthews sells 6.8 acre IOS in Wilkesboro, NC, for $2.12M. Matthews has facilitated the sale of 4145 US-421 in Wilkesboro, North Carolina. The property features a 15,498 SF industrial building that is currently occupied by Red’s Home & Garden (which was sold to SiteOne Landscape Supply in October 2025). Taylor Dintzner with Matthews represented a private seller and procured a private buyer in the off-market transaction.

ACQUISITION: APEX buys 4.6 acre IOS in Jacksonville, FL. APEX has acquired 7800 Old Kings Road in Jacksonville, Florida. The property features a 20,000 SF warehouse. Steven Bentolila with Bento Property Group and Solomon Michailow with S2 Property Group facilitated the transaction. Alex Olshanksy and Steve Ruimy lead the APEX team.

ACQUISITION: Kidder Mathews brokers sale of 2.97 acre IOS in Seattle area. Kidder Mathews has facilitated the sale of 516 Valley Avenue Northeast in Puyallup, Washington. The property features 12,500 SF of industrial improvements. Matt Murray with Kidder Mathews represented the seller, Clarion Partners, in the transaction. Adam Wheeler and Blake Hofmeister led the Clarion Partners deal team.

ACQUISITION: Apricus Realty Capital buys 2.3 acre IOS in Dallas. Apricus Realty Capital has acquired 6110 Chippewa Drive in Dallas, Texas. The property features a 7,082 SF service building. The Apricus deal team included J Matthew Haley, Garrett Marler, and Cort Martin.

LEASE SIGNED: Lee & Associates leases 1.6 acre IOS in Fort Myers, FL. Lee & Associates has facilitated the leasing of 2740 Katherine Street in Fort Myers, Florida. The property features a 3,968 SF industrial building and rail spur access. Jeff Buckler and Zachary Buckler with Lee & Associates represented the landlord in the transaction.
