NEWS ROUNDUP
ACQUISITION: Zenith buys 3.44 acre IOS in Jacksonville, FL for $3M. Zenith IOS has acquired 5109 West Beaver Street in Jacksonville, Florida. Guillermo De Nicolas and Hector Delgado with Panther Capital Group represented both sides of the transaction. The Zenith deal team was led by Judah Strulowitz.
ACQUISITION: Realterm buys 6.3 acre IOS in Minneapolis, MN area. Realterm has acquired 2340 Rose Place West in Roseville, Minnesota. The property features a 7,300 SF building with high-flow-through capabilities. The Realterm deal team included Ben Andreycak, Brennan Cascarano, Stephen Panos, and Gianni Vissat. Christopher Weirens with Transwestern facilitated the deal and represented the seller.
ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 2 acre IOS in Greensboro, NC. Alterra IOS has acquired 6382 Burnt Poplar Road in Greensboro, North Carolina. The property features a 6,200 SF maintenance building and is fully leased to United Rentals. The Alterra deal team was led by Gavin Weaver. Rory Shelby with Marcus & Millichap represented both sides in the transaction.
ACQUISITION: Hillstone Advantage Partners buys 4.72 acre IOS in Oxford, AL. Hillstone Advantage Partners has acquired 90 Industrial Drive in Oxford, Alabama. The property features a 12,864 SF warehouse. Hillstone has already secured a lease with a national company looking to expand its Alabama footprint. Jake Bottcher with JH Berry represented the seller and facilitated the sale. The Hillstone deal team was led by Patrick Sullivan and Jacob Hill.
LEASE SIGNED: EXP’s Buglino Group leases 15,000 SF IOS in Las Vegas, NV. The Buglino Group at EXP Commercial has brokered the lease of 4300 West Tropicana Avenue in Las Vegas, Nevada. The property offers 15,000 SF of yard space in a sought-after industrial area of the city. The Buglino Group is led by Thomas Buglino.
LEASE SIGNED: IOV leases 9 acre IOS in the Miami metro area. Industrial Outdoor Ventures (IOV) has leased 9 acres and a 42,866 SF service facility located at 3055 Burris Road in Davie, Florida. The tenant is Doka USA. Larry Genet and Tom O’Loughlin with CBRE facilitated the transaction and are handling the leasing of the rest of the site, including more than 12 remaining acres of IOS space. The IOV deal team included Tom Barbera, Eric Johnson, Rob Chase, and Anthony DeLaurentis.
