Citywide sells Phoenix IOS

DISPOSITION: Citywide and R&G sell 4.21 acre IOS in Phoenix, AZ, for $6.5M. Citywide Commercial and Rein & Grossoehme (R&G) have facilitated the sale of 30 North 56th Street in Phoenix, Arizona. The property features 6,423 SF of industrial office/shop space. Chad Neppl and Vince Utucu with Citywide represented the buyer in the transaction. Max Schumacher, Patrick Sheehan, and Jack Hansen with R&G’s Sheehan | Schumacher Industrial Team represented the seller.

Friend sells DC IOS

DISPOSITION: Friend Commercial sells 1.76 acre IOS in DC metro for $3.6M. Friend Commercial Real Estate has facilitated the sale of 4801 Stamp Road in Temple Hills, Maryland. The property includes a 6,000 SF warehouse. Matthew Antonis and Joseph Friend with Friend Commercial represented the seller and sourced the buyer.

Alterra buys Portland IOS

ACQUISITION: Alterra IOS buys 11.77 acre property with IOS in Portland, OR. Alterra IOS has acquired 13000 Whitaker Way in Portland, Oregon. The property features 10 usable acres of IOS, plus 37,930 SF of industrial improvements. Matt McNutt and Liz Scott led the Alterra deal team. Gabe Schnitzer with CBRE facilitated the transaction.

Center Capital buys FL IOS

ACQUISITION: Center Capital buys 4.9 acre IOS in Tampa metro area. Center Capital Partners has acquired 13630 50th Way in Clearwater, Florida. The property includes 21,000 SF of industrial buildings. Jack McNamee, Jeremy Cohen, and Ben Miller led the Center Capital deal team.

Corepoint sells GA IOS

DISPOSITION: Corepoint sells 4.89 acre IOS in Atlanta metro area. Corepoint Real Estate has facilitated the sale of 1405 Owenby Drive in Marietta, Georgia. The property features 43,044 SF of industrial improvements. Martin Cohen and Marc Smouha led the Corepoint deal team in the off-market transaction.

Open Industrial buys VA IOS

ACQUISITION: Open Industrial buys 8.6 acre IOS in Winchester, VA. Open Industrial has acquired 295 Front Royal Pike in Winchester, Virginia. The low-coverage property includes several buildings totaling 60,000 SF. Rob Foa, Matt Potolicchio, and Chad Pitts led the Open Industrial deal team. David Scully with Cushman & Wakefield facilitated the transaction.
