Prologis buys Brooklyn IOS

ACQUISITION: TerraCRG brokers $120M sale of Brooklyn IOS to Prologis. Prologis has acquired 410 Kingsland Avenue in Brooklyn, New York. The property consists of 10 acres. Dan Marks and Daniel Lebor with TerraCRG represented the seller, ExxonMobil, in the transaction.

Green Courte buys Nashville IOS

ACQUISITION: Green Courte buys 10 acre IOS in Nashville, TN area. Green Courte Partners has acquired 3436 Couchville Industrial Boulevard in Mount Juliet, Tennessee. The property will be managed by Greene Courte’s wholly-owned IOS platform, GCP Truck Storage Management. The Greene Court deal team included Jordan Kerger and Currey Hall. Stream Realty sells South Carolina IOS

DISPOSITION: Stream Realty sells 2.42 acre IOS in Greer, SC for $1.25M. Stream Realty Partners has brokered the sale of 445 Mayfield Road in Greer, South Carolina. The property features a 1,600 SF shop and 1,800 SF office. Rob Williams and Carter Keller with Stream represented the seller in the transaction.

Zenith buys Fort Worth IOS

ACQUISITION: Zenith buys 6.3 acre IOS in Fort Worth, TX. Zenith IOS has acquired 8904 South Freeway in Fort Worth, Texas. The property features a 56,192 SF building. David Guinn with Davidson Bogel Real Estate represented Zenith in the transaction. Rich Young and Christopher Kelly with Rich Young Co. represented the seller, CanTex Capital. The Zenith deal team included Peter Cannon.

Realterm acquires Bay Area IOS

ACQUISITION: Realterm buys 6.13 acre IOS portfolio in San Francisco Bay Area. Realterm has acquired 5120-5170 Brandin Court and 44533 South Grimmer Boulevard in Fremont, California. The properties are currently fully leased and feature 52,411 SF of indoor space. The Realterm deal team was led by Stephen Panos and Isaac Lau. Ryan Sitov and Melinda Marino with JLL facilitated the transaction and represented the seller, Lift Partners.

Colliers leases New Jersey IOS

LEASE SIGNED: Colliers leases 2 acre IOS in Carlstadt, NJ. The Balanoff Industrial Team at Colliers has facilitated the leasing of 51 Kero Road in Carlstadt, New Jersey. The property features a 9,986 SF vehicle maintenance facility. The Colliers deal team included Noah Balanoff, Jacquelyn Severino, Mark Hay, and Michael Canosa.
